Mark Duffy

Chief Financial Officer

Mark has spent most of his career as an entrepreneur, founding three companies and advising other entrepreneurs.  He has more than 20 years of finance experience.  In addition to his role at nToggle, Mark is also co-founder and CFO of Kwicr.  

Prior, Mark was the first CFO at Jumptap, a leading mobile ad network, acquired by Millennial Media.  In 1999, Mark co-founded Onex Communications in Boston, which was sold to TranSwitch (TXCC) in 2001 for $75 million.  In 1993, he co-founded ExpressPoint, where he served as chief operating officer and was on the Board.  ExpressPoint grew from four to 400 employees and to $60 million in sales by 1997.  Mark began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young and PWC.

Mark has been an advisor to a number of other companies, including Aliaswire (mobile commerce products and services), Integrated Healthcare Information Service (sold to Ingenix in 2005), Harmonix Music Systems (game developer), Paradigm4 (bid data analytics) and Powerhouse Productions (tv production).  

Mark received a BA and an MBA from Boston College.
