Chief Business Officer
Mark has been an executive, investor and advisor to companies in the digital advertising ecosystem. He has operated on the buy-side and sell-side. He has evangelized programmatic and innovated through ground-breaking partnerships with industry leaders. He knows first-hand the friction that still exists in the marketplace and he is passionate about creating efficiency and value for nToggle’s partners.
Mark comes to nToggle from Turn, where he was VP of Business & Corporate Development. Mark led Turn’s global business development team, which conceived and executed scores of strategic media, data and technology partnerships to transform Turn from a desktop display platform into a visionary Digital Hub. Mark also spearheaded several high-growth initiatives, including Turn’s expansion into programmatic video, mobile and cross-device advertising.
Prior to Turn, Mark was VP of Business Development at Peerset (acquired by Piksel), where he built a publisher network and launched distribution partnerships for targeting and insights products. Earlier in his career, Mark was a Principal at Sienna Ventures where he led investments in social, e-commerce and AdTech start-ups. One of Mark’s investments operated a marketplace for digital advertising which was a precursor to real-time exchanges. Though the concept was ahead of its time, Mark believed that automation and personalization would eventually transform the industry.
Mark was also a media and technology investment banker in New York and San Francisco, working with search and Internet advertising pioneers. He holds a BA in Economics from Harvard.
