Dr. Neal Richter Joins nToggle’s Product Advisory Board
Programmatic Pioneer Joins Distinguished Board with Decades of Deep Digital Advertising Experience

Neal is a programmatic pioneer, who brings nearly a decade of deeply relevant technical expertise from his tenure as the CTO of Rubicon Project and his IAB leadership role. At Rubicon, Neal led early development of real-time bidding via a SSP/Exchange supporting advertising on web, mobile and video. Neal also serves as co-chair of the OpenRTB protocol that standardized the process of RTB, the Deal-ID and the Native ads format.
